Our laboratory is focused on phytoplankton and bacterial productivity relationships to the environmental gradient under study and to molecular parameters investigated by colleagues. Phytoplankton productivity is measured as carbon assimilation and irradiance response relationships. Bacterial productivity is measured using a leucine incorporation method. |
