Campus Parking (by registration only):

We have arranged for symposium participants to park on campus at no cost. In order to take advantage of this agreement, you will need to register separately for parking. (Details to be provided upon confirmation of your registration for the symposium.)

  • Parking at Princeton University operates on a zoned permit system. All vehicles that are parked on campus must display a valid permit for the zone in which the vehicle is parked.
  • Visitors are required to display a permit if their vehicle is parked on campus.
  • Visitors must park in Lot 20. [pdf map]

Breakfast / Lunch / Reception (by registration only):

Breakfast and lunch will be provided in the Guyot Great Hall. There will be a reception following the Symposium on Saturday evening at Princeton University, Convocation Room in Friends Hall. Please complete a meal registration form.


Audio Visual:

We will provide an LCD projector for Powerpoint presentations, pointer, and a lapel microphone. You will be required to bring your presentations on a USB memory stick or CD so that they may be loaded on our PC prior to the symposium. If you have any other special needs, i.e., Macs*, VCR, or if you will be using your own laptop*, please advise us ASAP so that we may prepare a smooth presentation schedule.

*Laptops: Please bring your own power source and/or adapters (esp. VGA adapters for Macs).
